If we have the option App & browser control available we gonna need to turn off all the 4 options inside, to do this please click on the left menu: APP & BROWSER CONTROL, then on Reputation-based protection settings.

After clicking on the blue text, we are going to see something like this next:

Put those 3 options to “OFF”.
